Xmugen Xbox

My latest project is again assembling a fully customized functioning XBOX.
This time the focus of my obsession has been Xmugen. I have about six versions at this time. Xtreme Xmugen 2.0 has about 500 playable characters and runs of the XBOX hard drive. King Of Mugen 2006 is a DVD based version of XBOX with a ton of characters. Seems to play very well and has a very clean presentation. This build did require me to install some files off the disc into one partition of my XBOX hard drive. Anime Xmugen, as the name would indicate features characters with an Anime theme. It is also a DVD based version of Xmugen. Mugen King of Fighters is another DVD based version of the game with a smaller list of playable characters. King of Mugen is again another DVD based selection with a finely tuned character list. Lastly the crown jewel Xmugen with over 200 levels and 1300 playable characters. This is really the crown jewel of my Mugen collection. I had previously tried to install this in another of my XBOX's but it would not load. It's about 13/15 Gigs once unzipped and does take a few minutes to load. It isn't the cleanest presentation of Mugen I've seen but that doesn't mean it isn't impressive. The character select screen will blow your mind! I'm in the process of trying to refine this version of Xmugen slightly. I had about 90 characters who had one or more file fail during transfer. I'm going to remove these characters and edit the Select.Def file to reflect the changes. Once done I'm going to move all the characters I would commonly use to the top two or three character select lines.

Like with my other XBOX's I will fill this hard drive with other XBOX titles and Emulators and ROM sets. Next step is to also give this XBOX a custom paint job.
